Women's Velvet Maxi Dress with Cowl Neckline and Side Pockets
This women's maxi dress has a relaxed cocoon-shaped cut with a softly draped velvet finish. The raised cowl neckline frames the neck, while the three-quarter sleeves finish below the elbow.
