Our story
Born at Delmoe Lake
DELMOE began in Butte, Montana — a mining town on the Continental Divide where fall arrives early and winter stays long. We named the brand after Delmoe Lake, the quiet granite-lined lake at Homestake Pass where the first cold mornings show up in October.
Out here, clothes have to earn their place. We design coats, knits and boots for that kind of life — and for anyone who wants fewer, better pieces.

How do I place an order?
Choose your size and color, add the piece to your bag and check out. You don't need an account — you can check out as a guest.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Right after checkout you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email contact@delmoe.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet (orders are processed within 2–3 business days), we're happy to change or cancel it.
Are the sale prices final?
Our Fall/Winter 2026 prices are up to 40% off. Buy 2 items and save an extra 10%, 3 items 15% and 4 or more 20% — the bundle discount is applied automatically in your bag.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, then delivered in 4–5 business days — about 6–8 business days in total.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with full tracking.
Where do you ship from?
DELMOE is designed in Butte, Montana, and your order ships from our North American warehouse.
How can I track my package?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours before the first scan appears.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached for a full refund to your original payment method.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@delmoe.com with your order number. We reply within a few hours with your return authorization and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item is defective, damaged or we sent the wrong item, we email you a free prepaid return label to print at home.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
How do I find my size?
Tap Find my size next to the size options on any product page. Enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions, and we recommend your size in seconds.
Do your sizes run true to size?
Most pieces fit true to U.S. sizing. Oversized styles are marked in the product name and description. For coats, size up if you like to layer a chunky sweater underneath.
I'm between two sizes — which should I pick?
For a closer fit choose the smaller size; for a relaxed fit or layering, the larger one. Our Fit Finder also tells you when you're between sizes.
Can I get personal fit advice?
Of course. Email contact@delmoe.com with your height, weight and the piece you're considering — a stylist replies within a few hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and hosted by Shopify (PCI DSS Level 1). Card details are processed by the payment provider and never stored by DELMOE.
When is my card charged?
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. Refunds always go back to the same payment method.
Are there any hidden fees or taxes?
No hidden fees. Prices are in U.S. dollars, shipping is free, and applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
