90 days to decide

If something isn't right, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items should be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@delmoe.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We reply within a few hours with your return authorization and the return address.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back with a tracked service of your choice.
4. Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue your refund within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is on us — we'll email you a free prepaid return label to print at home.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right piece. Not sure about your size? Use the Fit Finder on any product page or email us for personal fit advice.
